The book is a collection of essays which asked the authors to reflect upon their core values and beliefs and offer insight into the ideas that govern and motivate their everyday lives. This I Believe is an exploration of the way people think about the world, about life and about happiness. The task of the essay was to consider the idea that "what a person believes is not as important as how a person believes."
