Customized Programs
Services
The Center develops customized training programs for foundations, international organizations, national nonprofit associations, and other nonprofits and government entities. The programs range from management institutes for organizational teams, to leadership development for emerging leaders, to customized management training for foundation staff. Each program is designed through a process consisting of a needs assessment, goal and outcome setting, and curriculum customization. Evaluation and follow-up support of participants are essential elements of our program designs.

Nonprofit Executive Certificate
Services
The Nonprofit Management Executive Certificate Program is designed to strengthen the leadership and management capacity of individuals working in or with nonprofit organizations. The program gives participants the skills necessary to respond to the complex challenges and opportunities facing their organizations and communities. Designed as an experiential leadership lab, this program provides a stimulating and supportive climate for exploring the pressing issues facing current and future nonprofit leaders.
