기업 내지 기업경영과 기업가에 대한 역사적 연구이며, 기업일반에 관한 시대적 연구를 중심과제로 경영이론의 사관을 정립하는데 목적을 두고 강의한다.

자원봉사론 (Volunteer Management)

사회복지 욕구의 증대와 공적 서비스의 한계 그리고 현대사회의 여가시간의 증대는 자원봉사의 필요성을 제기하고 있다. 따라서 자원봉사 강좌는 사회복지 서비스 분야는 물론 현대인의 여가시간을 의미있게 활용할 수 있는 내용을 다룬다.

(Voluntary activity means the citizens voluntarily participate to the social welfare fields with their own times and resources for solving the various social problems. And the voluntary activities are very important to the contemporary citizens. This course aims at introducing students to comprehensive understanding the volunteer management. )

정부와 시민참여 The Understanding of Governance between Government & Citizen Participation

정보사회에 이어 스마트사회 도래에 따른 정부간 국제기구, 비정부기구, 국가와 비국가 행위자, 규범과 규칙 그리고 그 외 글로벌 거버넌스를 구성하는 내용들에 관해 접근하게 될 것이다. 특히 선정된 교재를 중심으로 거버넌스에 대한 이해의 폭을 넓히기 위해 전반기 강의에서는 국가간, 정부간, 정부와 비정부기구간 거버넌스에 초점을 맞춰 평화와 안보, 개발, 인권, 환경 이 네 가지 이슈를 중심으로 이론적으로 접근하게 된다. 후반기에서는 거버넌스에 관한 국내외 사례를 중심으로 조사 연구를 통해 글로벌 거버넌스, 지역 거버넌스에 관한 학생들의 이해를 확장하게 될 것이며 이를 바탕으로 행정 실무에서의 거버넌스와 관련한 문제분석 능력과 해결능력을 배양시키는데 중점을 두게 될 것이다.

(This subject is mainly discussed on the approach to international organization among nations, non-governmental organization, the performer of both nation and non-nation, norm and regulation, and the contents consisted of global governance as well in the smart society and information society as well. Especially for extending the span of understanding of governance the four subjects about peace, security, development, human rights, environment that are pointing on the governance among inter-nations, inter-governments, government-non government will be examined theoretically during the first half period of the semester. And during the second half period of the semester the case study and field survey about global governance and regional governance will be done for the improvement of students' capability about the public affairs when they would deal with after their graduation. )

사회적책임경영연구 (A Study of Social Responsibility Management)

사회적 책임을 다하는 경영은 신뢰성 있는 상품과 서비스를 제공하는 것부터 수익금 일부 기부, 환경정화 활동, 각종 봉 사활동, 정당한 세금 납부, 재무적 투명성 공개, 근로자 권익 향상, 질서 있는 경쟁 등의 내용을 포함한다. 이를 실천하는 기업은 기업의 지속 가능성 확보는 물론 브랜드 가치가 높아지는 등의 부수적 효과가 발생 한다. 경영활동 과정에 있어 서 적정이윤 실현과 함께 그 본연의 목적을 달성하며 사회와 상호 발전을 도모하기 위해 상동적 가치를 주고 받으며 협 력적 관계를 유지하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 따라서 경영과 사회가 상호 협력적인 관계를 통하여 발전을 도모할 수 있는 지식을 체계화하여 상호 이익이 되도록 경영과 사회적 책임을 이해하고 그들의 상호관계와 역할 등을 규명하는데 이 교 과목의 목적이 있다.

(This practice is a company experiencing a side effect such as ensuring the sustain ability of the enterprise, as well as brand value has increased. Business activity in the process of achieving its original objectives with adequate profit margins realized and it is very important to maintain the cooperative relationship between sending and receiving homologous value for society and to promote mutual development. As a result, social management and social responsibility are understood to be mutually beneficial to organize knowledge that can be achieved through the development of cooperative relations and the purpose of this course is to examine to their mutual relations and role.)
