인권과 사회 (Human Right and Society)

인권에 대한 감수성을 높이고, 국내의 인권관련 단체 및 국제기구에서의 활동에 도움이 되도록 한다. 또한 인권에 대한 지식과 성찰을 통해 일상에서의 나와 타자의 인권의식은 물론 권리를 높인다.

(Increase sensitivity to human rights and help activities in domestic human rights-related organizations and international organizations. In addition, through knowledge and reflection on human rights, the human rights consciousness of myself and others in daily life as well as rights are increased.)

집합행동과사회운동 (Collective Behavior & Social Movement)

 집합적 행동의 형태, 조직 및 전개과정을 다룬 이론을 습득하고 역사적인 사례를 분석적으로 비교·검토한다.

국제법과 국제기구 영어원강(Eng Lec on Int'1 Law&Institutions)

국제사회의 평화유지 및 국제협력을 위해 국제정치가 제도화되는 과정을 국제법을 중심으로 강의한다. 현대국제사회에 통용되고 있는 조약법·국제사회에서의 개인, UN을 중심으로 한 국제기구와 분쟁의 평화적 해결책 및 전시에서의 국가의 권리, 의무 등을 강의한다.

(International politics will be institutionalized for peacekeeping and international cooperation in the international community, focusing on international law. It lectures on treaty laws and individuals in the international community, peaceful solutions to disputes with international organizations centered on the UN, and the rights and obligations of the state in exhibition.)

시민·사회운동의 이념과 실제(Theory&Prac Civil & Soc Movement)

이 강의는 시민, 사회 운동의 이념적 기반과 그 실제적 사례를 살펴보고 이들을 현실에 직접 적용해 보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 수업은 크게 두 단계로 나누어진다. 첫 단계로는 말콤X와 마틴 루터 킹 등의 운동 사상가와 독립협회, 참여연대, 시에라 클럽 등의 시민단체들 속에서 영역-공공권역적 모델을 찾는 연습을 한다. 다음 단계로는 영역-공공권역 형성을 목적으로 새로운 운동과제를 선정하여 조직 연습을 한다. 새로운 과제에는 지역주민운동, 교육운동 등을 실험해 본다. 이 수업은 시민사회에 대한 이론과 실천을 병행해 가면서 사회변동에 관한 새로운 시각을 만들어 본다.

(The purpose of this lecture is to examine the ideological basis of citizens and social movements and their practical examples and apply them directly to reality. The class is largely divided into two stages. The first step is to practice finding a domain-public domain model among activist thinkers such as Malcolm X and Martin Luther King, and civic groups such as the Independent Association, Participatory Solidarity, and Sierra Club. As the next step, organizational practice is conducted by selecting a new exercise task for the purpose of forming a domain-public area. In the new task, we will experiment with local residents' movements and educational movements. This class creates a new perspective on social change by combining theory and practice of civil society.)

시민·사회운동입문(Intro to Civil & Social Movement)

이 강의는 시민, 사회운동에 대한 개괄적인 입문 강좌이다. 이 수업을 통해서 시민, 사회운동에 대한 밑그림을 그려보고 시민, 사회내의 다양한 영역에서 펼쳐지는 운동-여성, 노동, 문화, 종교, 청년,법률,부정부패,소비자반대,소액주주 운동 등-에 대해서 살펴 볼 것이다. 또한 지방자치 시대를 맞이하여 풀뿌리 시민, 사회 운동이 지니는 의의에 대한 고민과 함께 다른 몇 개 국가의 운동사례를 비교해 봄으로서 현재 맡은 화두로 떠오르고 있는 시민, 사회 운동에 대해서 살펴봄으로서 사회변동에 대한 새로운 시각을 만들 수 있는 토대를 쌓는 것을 이 수업의 목적으로 한다.

(This lecture is a general introductory course on civic and social movements. Through this class, we will draw a sketch of citizens and social movements and look at movements in various areas of citizens and society-women, labor, culture, religion, youth, law, denial, consumer opposition, and minority shareholder movements. In addition, the purpose of this class is to lay the foundation for creating a new perspective on social change by looking at citizens and social movements that are currently emerging as topics by comparing exercise cases in several other countries.)

한국의 시민.사회운동(Civil & Social Movement in Korea)

한국정치 사회 작용에 있어서의 시민사회운동의 중요성을 소개한다. 한국에서의 시민사회운동과 민주화의 정치과정을 아우르는 상관관계와 정치를 결정하는 주요자원으로서의 시민사회운동의 성격이 구한말 일제하, 해방전후기간, 민주화-권위주의 해체기, 기리고 90년대에 어떻게 나타나는지를 파악한다.

(The importance of the civil society movement in the Korean political and social action is introduced. The characteristics of the civil society movement as a major resource for determining the correlation and politics encompassing the political process of civil society movement and democratization in Korea are identified in the late Joseon Dynasty, post-liberation period, democratic-authoritarian dismantlement period, and 90s.)

복지사회로 가는 여정에서 여전히 재부상하고 있는 사회복지제도의 하나인 philanthropy에 대한 연구와 함께 대부분의 사회복지 조직이 속해 있는 비영리조직에 대해 연구하며 philanthropy와 비영리조직을 보다 효과적이고 효율적으로 발전시키기 위한 방안을 탐구한다. 기본적으로 이런 주제에 대한 실천적 이해와 지식의 형성을 모색하는 전공영역이다. 세부적으로는 이타주의적 행동, 기부와 자원봉사, 재단, 기업사회공헌, 사회적 기업가정신 및 사회적 기업, 비영리조직관리 등에 관한 연구를 통해 관련 제반 주제들에 대한 이해의 확장과 심화를 모색한다.

(Along with research on philanthrophy, one of the social welfare systems that is still emerging on the journey to a welfare society, we study non-profit organizations to which most social welfare organizations belong, and explore ways to develop philanthrophy and non-profit organizations more effectively and efficiently. Basically, it is a major area that seeks practical understanding and formation of knowledge on these topics. In detail, it seeks to expand and deepen understanding of related topics through research on altruistic behavior, donations and volunteering, foundations, corporate social contributions, social entrepreneurship and social enterprises, and non-profit organization management.)

유엔을 중심으로 한 세계질서가 어떻게 작동하고 있는지를 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 합니다. 유엔 설립의 세 가지 목표인 안보확립, 경제발전, 그리고 인권보장이 어떻게 실현되고 있는지를 이론적 측면과 실제 사례 측면에서 연구할 것입니다.

(It aims to look at how the world order centered on the United Nations is working. We will study the three objectives of the establishment of the United Nations: security establishment, economic development, and human rights protection in terms of theoretical and practical cases.)

(The growth and role of civil society in Korean society is reviewed theoretically and empirically. In particular, voluntary associations, public forums, civic movements, and civic culture are systematically reviewed by linking them with discussions on NGOs.)

인권과 평화(Human Rights and Peace)

보편적 인권의 태동과 발전 과정을 세계사적 관점에서 탐구한다. 나아가 한국 사회에서 인권의 담론과 실천이 어떻게 전개됐는지 살피며 한국사회를 이해하는 지평을 넓힌다. 또한 미래지향적 관점에서 인권의 신장이 세계적 차원의 평화의 확장에 어떠한 기여를 할 것인지 검토한다.

(It explores the birth and development process of universal human rights from a world history perspective. Furthermore, it expands the horizon of understanding Korean society by examining how the discourse and practice of human rights have developed in Korean society. It also examines how the promotion of human rights will contribute to the expansion of peace at the global level from a future-oriented perspective.)

한국사회와 사회운동(Social Movements in Korea)

사회운동에 관한 이론적 관점에 근거해 한국사회에서 일어난 다양한 사회운동을 검토한다. 농민운동, 노동운동, 학생운동, 시민운동 등을 중심으로 이 운동들이 일어난 원인과 한국사회에 미친 영향을 살펴본다.

(Based on the theoretical perspective on social movements, various social movements that have occurred in Korean society are reviewed. Focusing on the peasant movement, labor movement, student movement, and civic movement, we will examine the causes of these movements and their impact on Korean society.)

세계화의 확산에 따라 안보, 경제, 환경, 인권, 문화 등의 다양한 분야에서 국가, 국제기구, 비정부기구 등의 다양한 행위주체들이 다양한 형태로 문제해결에 참여하고 있다. 이에 따라 새로운 거버넌스 패러다임이 등장하고 있는 바 본 과목은 세계화에 따른 각종 정책 문제를 진단하고 올바른 거버넌스의 방향과 의의를 진단한다.

(With the spread of globalization, various actors such as the state, international organizations, and non-governmental organizations are participating in solving problems in various fields such as security, economy, environment, human rights, and culture. Accordingly, a new governance paradigm is emerging, and this subject diagnoses various policy problems caused by globalization and diagnoses the direction and significance of correct governance.)

(This subject reviews the relationship between the leadership concepts, components, and organizational culture of governments, companies, and NGOs through literature and case analysis, and establishes a theory by empirical comparison with government and corporate leaders in important countries by region. This lecture is designed in the context of providing an opportunity to learn this leadership in the discussion process and use it as a driving force to actually operate the organization and generate performance.)

시민사회운동론(Theories of Social Movement)

NGO를 포함한 비영리조직이 다원적인 사회구조 속에서 수행하는 역할과 의의, 조직의 특성을 검토하며, 시민참여를 통한 NGO의 활성화 방안을 모색한다. 공공과 민간의 역할 분담, 비영리조직의 관리기법등을 연구한다. 시민단체들이 정부 기관 및 기업들과 맺는 관계에 대해 토론하며, 시민 단체 종사자들로부터 현장의 소리를 듣는 특강 시간을 갖는다.

(It reviews the role, significance, and organizational characteristics of non-profit organizations, including NGOs, in a multidisciplinary social structure, and seeks ways to revitalize NGOs through civic participation. It studies the division of roles between the public and private sectors and the management techniques of non-profit organizations. Discuss the relationship between civic groups and government agencies and companies, and have a special lecture to listen to the voices of the field from civic group workers.)
