기업은 협동적 사회시스템으로 많은 이해관계자를 가지고 있으며 그들간의 관계는 복잡하고 상반되거나 갈등관계에 있기도 한다. 기업에는 이러한 이해관계자들간의 관계를 조정하고 균형시키는 조정자의 역할이 필요하며 그 근간은 경영윤리에 대한 사고이다. 윤리에 대한 접근방법을 윤리에 대한 논의를 바탕으로 살펴보고 경영윤리에 대한 유형을 분석하여 윤리적 행동의 결정요인과 기업의 사회적 책임을 토론과 사례연구를 통하여 교수한다.

오늘날 국제사회에는 국경을 넘는 경제사회 활동의 발전에 따라 한 국가만으로는 대처가 불가능한 상황이 발생하여 국제기구가 이를 해결하기 위하여 다양한 활동을 한다. 본 교과목에서는 국가 간의 갈등조정, 국제교류와 경제협력 추구를 목적으로 하는 국제기구와 지역기구에 대해 연구한다. 국제기구의 역할과 조직 및 기능에 대해서 구체적으로 분석하고. 특히 이들 기구들의 정치 경제학적 측면에 대하여 살펴본다.

우리 사회에서 NGO의 수와 영향력은 급격히 증가하고 있으며 공공부문에서도 NGO는 매우 큰 역할을 수행하고 있다. 본 강좌는 NGO가 공공부문에 미치는 영향을 주로 다루되, 구체적으로 시민사회단체와 NGO가 공공부문의 정책결정과 관련하여 의제설정과정, 정책형성과정, 정책집행과정, 정책평가과정 등의 전 정책과정에서 어떤 역할을 수행하고 있는지를 분석한다. 그리;고 본 강좌는 기업과 NGO와의 관계도 다룬다.

사회운동론은 사회 갈등의 기원과 제도화 과정, 그리고 개인의 선택과 저항에 대하여 체계적이고 동태적인 접근을 시도하는 학문 분야이다. 이 강의에서는 먼저, 고전적인 집합행동론에서 자원동원론과 합리적 선택론, 정치과정론, 신사회운동론과 구성주의적 접근에 이르기까지 사회운동에 관한 이론과 개념을 살펴본다. 이어서 한국의 사회운동의 여러 분야에 관한 다양한 선행연구들을 검토한다. 노동운동, 여성운동, 환경운동, 학생운동, 민주화운동 등의 주요 부문 운동과 4.19 혁명과 광주민주화운동, 그리고 6월 민주화 항쟁 등 한국 현대사의 주요 사건에 대하여 사회운동론적 접근을 시도한다.

(Social movement theory is an academic field that attempts a systematic and dynamic approach to the origin and institutionalization process of social conflict, and individual choice and resistance. In this lecture, we first look at theories and concepts about social movements from classical collective behavior theory to rational choice theory, political process theory, neoclassical social movement theory and constructivist approach. Subsequently, various preceding studies on various fields of social movement in Korea are reviewed. It will take a social activist approach to major events in Korea's modern history, including the labor movement, women's movement, environmental movement, student movement, and democratization movement, and the April 19 Revolution, Gwangju Democratic Movement, and June Democratic Uprising.)
