공공관리론(Public Management) 

정부 및 비영리기관 등 공공기관의 운영에 근간이 되는 이론을 이해하고, 이와 같은 기존 이론들을 바탕으로 향후 공공관리의 방향성을 이해하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 

(It aims to understand the theory that is the basis for the operation of public institutions such as the government and non-profit organizations, and to understand the direction of public management in the future based on these existing theories.)

정부와 NGO(NGO Management)

현대 시민사회에서 주요한 행위자로 등장한 제 3영역의 비정부조직들이 행정과 정책과정에 미치는 영향력을 검토하고, 현대행정의 주요관심사인 New-governence 체제의 제도화를 위한 정부, 시장, NGO간의 협력관계(Collaboration & partnership) 에 대하여 공부한다. 

(Non-governmental organizations in the third domain, which have emerged as major actors in modern civil society, review their influence on administration and policy processes and study collaboration & partnership between governments, markets, and NGOs for institutionalization of the New-governance system.)

시민주도형 정부성과관리(Citizen-Driven Government Performance)

중앙정부 및 지방자치단체의 성과관리가 정부주도형이 아닌 시민참여형으로 이루어져야 한다는 점을 강조하고 이와 관련한 시민참여 방법론, 성과지표 개발 참여방법론 등 시민의 의견을 성과관리에 반영하기 위한 다양한 논의가 이루어진다.

(Various discussions are held to emphasize that the performance management of the central and local governments should be done in the form of citizen participation, not government-led, and to reflect citizens' opinions in the performance management.)
