지방자치와 시민참여(Local Autonomy and Citizen Participation)

지방분권적인 권력구조에 따른 법적, 행정적, 정치적인 문제를 검토하고 시민참여의 의미, 과제, 방법 및 시민참여의 개별 사례의 공과를 분석하고 토론한다.

(Review legal, administrative, and political issues according to decentralized power structures, analyze and discuss the meaning, tasks, methods, and contributions of individual cases of civic participation.)

영리를 목적으로 하지 않는 소비경제주체인 비영리기관, 즉 학교, 병원, 관청 등에서 이용되는 회계에 대한 이론적으로 이해하고, 사례 및 기존 연구들을 분석한다.

2차대전 이후 국제연합이 수립된 이후 다양한 기능을 수행하는 국제기구들이 증가하였으며 글로벌 거버넌스의 내요을 채우는 비정부기구들도 등장하고 있다. 본 강좌는 이러한 국제기구와 NGO의 기능과 구조를 이해하면서 세계화 시대 국제사회의 변모하는 모습을 파악한다

(Since the establishment of the United Nations after World War II, the number of international organizations that perform various functions has increased, and non-governmental organizations that fill the gist of global governance have also emerged. This course understands the transformation of the international community in the era of globalization while understanding the functions and structures of these international organizations and NGOs)
