시민사회론 (Civil Society)

시민사회의 성장에 따라 비정부기구의 등장은 다원주의 정치ㆍ행정ㆍ사회 속에서 역할과 기능은 모든 국가에 큰 반향을 일으키고 있다. 세계적으로 민주화와 시장경제 체제가 확대되어 시민사회가 등장하고 있기 때문에 비정부기구가 존재할 수 있다. 따라서 비정부기구는 정부의 영향을 받지 않는 비영리단체이며 권력과 이윤을 추구하지 않고 그 대신 인간의 가치를 옹호하며 시민사회의 공공성을 지양하면서 시민사회에서 활동한다. 시민사회의 올바른 발전에 기여할 수 있는 비정부기구의 효과적인 활동과 우리나라의 시민사회와 비정부기구의 성장ㆍ성격ㆍ특성 그리고 자립성과 전문성 확보를 위해서는 어떠한 영향을 받지 않는 순수성이 보장되는 방안을 습득하여 시민사회에 진출할 수 있는 지식과 기능을 제공해 준다.

(With the growth of civil society, the emergence of non-governmental organizations is causing great repercussions in all countries in pluralist politics, administration, and society. Non-governmental organizations may exist because civil society is emerging due to the expansion of democratization and market economy systems worldwide. Therefore, non-governmental organizations are non-profit organizations that are not affected by the government and do not pursue power and profits, but instead work in civil society by advocating human values and avoiding the public nature of civil society. It provides knowledge and skills to enter civil society by acquiring measures to ensure purity that are not affected by the effective activities of non-governmental organizations that can contribute to the proper development of civil society, the growth, characteristics, independence and expertise of civil society in Korea.)

이를 위해 사회공헌의 이론과 실태 및 문제점을 살펴보고 향후 대안을 모색한다.
