NGO MANAGEMENT

This course is designed to give students amply opportunity to develop and apply leadership and management skills. Topics broadly fall under three categories: theory, worldview, and skills. Theory gives us a framework to understand how things are organized, to predict results, and to see situations from a different perspective. Our worldviews, or perspectives, are influenced by theories, influencers, and information we take in and the actions we take have their source in our worldviews. Students will be given an opportunity to challenge and reconsider their worldviews on topics related to NGOs, leadership, and management.
