NPOのマネジメント

In this class, we will begin by learning about NPOs and their activities through various teaching materials in order to understand the characteristics of NPOs. The class will also learn about the management characteristics of NPOs from the perspective of management resources, such as people, goods, and money, and compare them with those of for-profit companies, to highlight their differences. We will then examine various management issues faced by NPOs based on actual NPO case studies, and consider solutions to these issues. The characteristics of social enterprises (social enterprises/social businesses), which have been the focus of increasing interest in recent years, will also be discussed.

この授業では、まず、NPO の特徴を理解するためにその活動についてさまざまな教材を通して知ることから始める。さらに、ヒト、モノ、カネなど経営資源の視点から、NPO のマネジメントの特徴を、これまで蓄積された営利企業との比較から学び、その違いを浮きあがらせる。そのうえで、実際の NPO の事例から NPO が直面するさまざまなマネジメント上の課題について検討し、その解決策について考える。また、近年関心が高まっているや社会的企業（ソーシャルエンタープライズ／ソーシャルビジネス）の特徴についても考える。
