NPO-NGO論

In recent years, non-profit organizations (NPOs) and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) have gained prominence as important players in domestic and international politics. However, the entities referred to as NPOs and NGOs are diverse, and the concepts of NPO, NGO, and civil society are used variously. This lecture will first organize these various concepts. It will then introduce and review the activities of NPOs, NGOs, and other actors and research on them, especially in a "global" context. At the same time, based on the lecturer's 16 years of experience with NPOs and NGOs, the lecture will introduce and discuss the actual operations of NPOs and NGOs.

近年、NPO（非営利組織）やNGO（非政府組織）は、国内政治や国際政治における重要な存在として注目されるようになった。しかし、NPOやNGOと称される主体は多様であり、NPO、NGO、市民社会といった概念も様々に用いられている。本講義は、まず、これらの諸概念を整理する。そして、とりわけ「グローバル」な文脈におけるNPO・NGOなどのアクターの活動や、それに関する研究を紹介・検討する。同時に、本講義は、講師がこれまで16年間NPO・NGOに関与してきた経験をもとに、NPO・NGOの実際の運営についても紹介し、検討を加える。
