NPO

The purpose of this course is to learn about NPOs, their basic theory, history, socioeconomic background, current status and issues, and to develop an awareness of the significance and problems of participating in society and the community through NPOs. The course will also cover today's issues such as the impact of NPOs on the economy and employment, local currencies, community creation, resident participation, partnerships with government, management, and international comparisons. Specific case studies will be taken up, and students will learn both theory and practice. The course also aims to deepen students' understanding of NPOs by preparing a part of the application form for their establishment.

本講義ではNPOについて、基礎理論、歴史や社会経済的背景、現状と課題を学習し、NPOを通じて社会や地域に対して参画する意義や問題意識を育てることを目的とします。またNPOの経済や雇用への影響、地域通貨、コミュニティの創造、住民参画、行政とのパートナーシップ、マネジメント、国際比較など今日的課題を取り上げる。具体的な事例を取り上げ、理論と実践の両面から学習します。またNPOの設立申請書の一部を作成することによってより理解を深めることをめざします。
