NPO・NGO論

This subject strives to develop the character of a working adult living in the modern age as stated in DP1 and DP3 of the college, and to provide a wide range of courses in the local community, businesses, etc. that will enable the students to It aims to respond to those who have difficulties in their daily lives in local communities, businesses, etc. Until now, we have relied on government policies when trying to solve various problems in modern society. According to a 2009 Cabinet Office poll on social awareness, about 70% of people think that they would like to contribute to society. The activities of NPOs and NGOs are becoming more and more influential. For example, the international community can no longer ignore the opinions of NPOs and NGOs when it comes to environmental issues. In this lecture, students will understand the domestic and international social context in which NPOs and NGOs have come to the attention of the international community, and will grasp what kind of domestic and international NPOs and NGOs are involved.

The person in charge has worked as an advisor for domestic and international NGOs for more than 20 years and has practical experience in organizing international conferences. These experiences enable him to inform students of the specific movements of NGOs in a timely manner. In addition, we invite officials from NGOs and other organizations from outside the university as guest speakers and utilize them in our lectures.

この科目は、学部ＤＰ１とＤＰ３に掲げる現代に生きる社会人としての人格形成に努め、地域社会、企業等において、生活上の困難を抱えた人に対応することを目指している。現代社会の様々な問題を解決しようとする時、今まで、私たちは政府による政策にたよってきた。しかし近年では、その政策に疑問を持ち、NPO・NGO組織を設立し、自らの手で社会に変革をもたらそうとする人々もあらわれてきた。2009年の内閣府の社会意識に関する世論調査によると、約70％の人が社会への貢献を考えているそうである。NPO・NGOの活動は、次第に影響力を持ち始めて来た。例えば、環境問題に関しては、国際社会は、もはやNPO・NGOの意見を無視できない。そこで、この講義では、NPO・NGOが注目されるようになった国内外の社会的背景を理解し、どのような国内外のNPO・NGOにはどのようなものがあるかを把握する。

担当者は、国内外のNGOのアドバイザーを20年以上勤めており、国際会議などの運営にも携わった実務経験がある。これらの経験は、NGOの具体的な動きを学生にタイムリーに伝えることができる。また、学外からNGOなどの職員をゲストスピーカーとして招き、講義に活かしている。

Nonprofit Accounting I

非営利会計論Ⅰ

This course aims to "provide students with knowledge and skills in the fundamentals of corporate and other financial and accounting matters as well as their applications," as stated in the DP of the College of Business Administration. The course will focus on understanding the systems and theories of nonprofit organization accounting. In today's society, there are a wide range of areas in which profit-making activities are not possible, such as welfare, volunteer work, and medical care, and the importance of non-profit organizations in charge of these areas is increasing. Since donations and subsidies are the main source of funding for these organizations, fair disclosure to funders is required. This lecture aims to clarify the social significance of nonprofit organizations and to provide an understanding of the accounting rules, financial statement presentation items, and calculation structures of public interest corporations, social welfare corporations, nonprofit organizations, and hospitals.
The lecturers in charge of this class have practical experience in corporate accounting, so the lectures will be given from a more practical perspective.

本講義は、経営学部のＤＰに示す、「企業等の財務・会計に関する基礎からその応用に至るまでの知識や技能を学修する」ことを目指す。そして、非営利組織会計の制度及び理論の理解を主題とする。社会において、営利活動が成立しない福祉・ボランティア・医療などの領域は多岐に渡り、これらを担当する非営利組織の重要性が今日増している。そしてこれらの組織では、寄付金・補助金が主たる財源であるため、資金提供者に対する公正な開示が要請される。 講義では、非営利組織の社会的意義を明確にしつつ、公益法人・社会福祉法人・NPO法人・病院の会計規定、財務諸表の表示科目、および計算構造について、内容理解を目標とする。
なお、この授業の担当者は、企業の経理業務を経験している、実務経験のある教員であるので、より実践的な観点から講義するものとする。

In the midst of diversifying needs and increasing internationalization, fields that are considered highly public, such as education, culture, welfare, environment, medical care, and international cooperation, are expanding beyond the economic first principle. This course examines volunteer and endowment activities characteristic of the private non-profit sector (NPOs and NGOs), which are regarded as providers of goods and services that would be inefficient if supplied by governments based on economics and are not suited for resource allocation in the market. Students will acquire the knowledge and skills of the following university-wide diploma policies. 1. understand others and other cultures based on a broad knowledge base 2. to be able to identify various problems and to derive measures to solve them 3. be able to continue learning throughout their lives 4. to be able to use the knowledge and skills acquired for the benefit of society. This subject is related to Diploma Policy 1 (Knowledge and Skills) of the Department of Social Disaster Prevention. This course consists of practical education.

ニーズの多様化や国際化の進展の中で経済第一主義を超える教育、文化、福祉、環境、医療、国際協力などの公共性が高いと思われる分野が拡大しています。本講義では、経済学をベースに政府が供給すれば非効率になり、市場での資源配分にはそぐわない財やサービスの供給主体とみなされている民間非営利セクター（NPO・NGO）に特徴的なボランティアや寄附行為について考察します。下記の全学ディプロマポリシーの知識・技能の獲得ができます。 1．幅広い知識に基づいて、他者および異文化を理解することができる。 2. さまざまな問題を発見し、それを解決する方策を導くことができる。 3. 生涯にわたって学び続けることができる。 4. 獲得した知識や技能を社会に役立てることができる。 この科目は社会防災学科ディプロマポリシー1(知識・技能)に関連する。 実践的教育から構成される授業科目である。
