Expectations for nonprofit organizations are increasing in response to government and market failures and a growing awareness of the need to contribute to society. In the lecture, we will deepen our systematic understanding of nonprofit organizations and their management, focusing on sociological and economic approaches, based on the overall picture of nonprofit organizations in Japan and international trends.
