NPO事例研究演習

Understand the realities of establishing, operating, and managing an NPO. Guests will be invited as much as possible to learn about real-life examples of NPOs in action. Interactive responses with guests will deepen understanding. Among them, we will focus on understanding social roles and management issues.
PowerPoint slides, videos and DVDs of documentary programs on NPOs, and newspapers will also be used as supplementary materials to promote understanding.

NPOの設立から運営、経営のリアルを理解します。できるだけゲストを招き、NPOの現場で起きている生の事例を学びます。ゲストとの双方向の応答により理解を深めます。その中でも、社会的役割の把握と経営問題に注目します。
また、パワーポイントスライド、NPOに関するドキュメント番組のビデオ、ＤＶＤ、新聞等も補助教材として使用し、理解促進に役立てます。
