Advanced NGO for International Cooperation国際協力NGO特論

In this class, the scope of examination as "NGO activities" will be broadened to include NPOs, CSOs, social businesses, etc., and the roles and significance of NGOs in a globalized world, as well as their future direction and prospects will be examined. Through exercises, students will also learn the perspectives and ways of being a donor in order to provide effective support, and acquire practical methods for addressing social issues.

本授業では、「NGO活動」としての検証範囲を、NPO、CSO、ソーシャルビジネスなどを含め広く捉え、グローバル化した世界におけるNGOの果たす役割と存在意義、今後の方向性と展望を考察します。また、演習を通じて、効果的な支援を行うための援助者としての視点とあり方を学び、社会的課題に対する取り組みのための実践的な方法を身につけます。

非営利組織論

Currently, there are a wide range of social issues that need to be solved in the public domain. For this reason, not only government organizations but also the non-profit sector, led by residents, are increasingly engaged in activities to solve these issues. In particular, the activities of non-profit organizations, especially NPOs, are becoming more active every year. Based on this current situation, in this lecture, students will systematically learn about the systems, roles, and background of the emergence of nonprofit organizations, and also learn about the actual situation through specific examples of nonprofit organizations active in a variety of fields.

現在、公共領域においては解決すべき社会的課題が多岐にわたる。このため、行政組織だけでなく、住民を中心とした非営利セクターが課題解決のための活動を行う場面が広がっている。特に、NPOを中心とする非営利組織の活動は年々活発化している。この現状を踏まえ、本講義では、非営利組織に関する制度、役割、登場の背景などを系統的に学び、また様々な分野で活動する非営利組織の具体的事例を通じてその実態を学んでいく。

Activities that play a variety of roles in non-governmental and non-corporate spheres are developing. The purpose of this class is to consider how to build "governance" in the world in the future through the roles NPOs (non-profit organizations), NGOs (non-governmental organizations), and various volunteer organizations that are currently playing these roles and the challenges they face.

政府でもない、企業でもない領域で様々な役割を担う活動が発展しつつあります。これらの担い手であるNPO（非営利組織）、NGO（非政府組織）、さまざまなボランティア団体の現在果たししている役割や直面する課題を通じて、これからの世界の「ガバナンス」をどのように構築していくかを考えるのがこの授業の目的です。
