NGO・NPO論

So far, I have also spent a total of five years in Thailand as part of my NGO activities. I will share with you concrete details of my experiences, rather than abstract NGO/NPO theories. We would like to think together about the current state of Japanese society, issues related to agriculture and food, and other problems that we face in our own neighborhoods, as seen through our exchange with Thailand and NGO activities. We would also like to convey the message that international cooperation is not only about sending aid overseas, but also about changing our own lifestyles, which will lead to international cooperation and peacebuilding.

これまで多くのNGO・NPOの活動に関わってきた。また，NGOの活動で，タイに計５年間滞在していた経験もある。抽象的なNGO・NPO論ではなく，具体的な内容を皆さまに分かち合いながら話をすすめていく。タイとの交流とNGO活動で見えた日本社会の現状，農や食の問題等，自分たちが住む足元の問題についても一緒に考えたい。そして，海外に出向いて援助することだけが国際協力ではなく，自分たち自身の生活スタイルを変えていくことが，国際協力や平和構築に結びつくということも伝えて行きたい。
