非営利組織論

In this class, students will learn theoretically and practically about "private non-profit organizations" (NPOs), which are volunteer or business/economic activities with a primary focus on social contribution. Private non-profit organizations include NPOs (NPOs, mainly for learning), public interest corporations, social welfare corporations, school corporations, and others. An increasing number of people are working for NPOs or starting their own businesses, aiming for "a way of working that combines social contribution and business. In this course, students will learn about these NPOs, including many concrete examples from around Japan, and also learn practical know-how for establishing NPOs. The faculty members in charge of the course have practical experience (full-time staff, representatives, board members, committee members, etc.) in more than 10 private non-profit organizations, and by introducing their actual concrete experiences, they will help students to have a realistic image of the practical implementation.

この授業では、社会貢献を第一に考え、ボランティア活動あるいはビジネス・経済活動を行う「民間非営利組織」（NPO）を理論的かつ実践的に学ぶ。民間非営利組織には、NPO法人（特定非営利活動法人、主に学習）のほか、公益法人、社会福祉法人、学校法人等がある。「社会貢献とビジネスを両立する働き方」を目指して、NPO法人で就職や起業する人も増えている。こうしたNPOについて、全国各地の多数の具体的な事例も交えて理解するとともに、NPO法人を具体的に設立するための実践的ノウハウも学ぶ。担当教員は、民間非営利組織10団体以上での実務経験（専任職員、代表、役員、委員等）を持っていることから、実際の具体的経験を紹介することで、リアリティを持って実践イメージを持てるようにする。
