NPOマネジメント論

In recent years, NGOs and NPOs have been attracting attention and playing an active role in solving social problems that cannot be addressed by government or private companies. Especially in the field of international cooperation, these organizations have become indispensable for effective cooperative activities.
In this lecture, we will discuss the background of the increased attention paid to non-profit organizations and the necessity of civic activities. The establishment and operation of non-profit organizations will be discussed in detail, using the examples of organizations in which the instructor is involved.
The second half of the class will focus on the establishment and operation of non-profit organizations.

近年、行政や民間企業では対応できない社会問題の解決のためにNGO・NPOが注目され、活躍している。特に国際協力の分野では実効的な協力活動にはこれらの団体が欠かせないものとなっている。
本講義では非営利団体が注目されだした背景や市民活動の必要性について議論していく。担当教員のかかわる団体を例に非営利団体の設立、運営について具体的に検討する。
授業の後半では、各自にNPOを調査してもらい、活動等を検討し、各人またはグループでNPOの設立企画を検討する。PC教室のため受講制限することがある。
