NPO演習（事前研修）

Preliminary training will be conducted to ensure a general understanding of the NPOs (Kobo-Kaido Promotional Council, Imai-cho Town Preservation Association, NPO Nara Lover's Circle, Ikimono no Mori Renovation Organization, and NPO Jumin no Koryoku) that will be conducting the practical training. For this purpose, we will introduce the background and purpose of the establishment of the NPOs, their projects, members of the organizations, past activities, results and ripple effects, current activities, and future issues to those who will take part in the NPO training I and II. The participants will be asked to introduce the background and purpose of NPO I-II, its business activities, the organization's members, past activities and the results and ripple effects generated from them, current activities, and future challenges.

事前研修により､実習を行うNPO機関（工房街道推進協議会、今井町町並み保存会、NPO法人 奈良好き人のつどい、一般社団法人いきものの森再生機構、NPO法人住民の力）についての一般的理解を図る。このため、NPO実習Ｉ・ＩＩを受け持ってくださる方々に、事前に、設立の背景と趣旨、事業内容、組織の構成員、これまでの活動の内容とそこから生まれた成果や波及効果、現在の活動の内容、今後の課題などを紹介していただくともに、実習の内容、実習現場での心得などについて話していただく。

NPO実習１

Participate in NPO activities to understand the social mission of NPOs and how they differ from for-profit organizations, and acquire practical skills through hands-on activities. Participate in providing services to visitors and support for hands-on manufacturing experiences at the base facilities of the Kobo Kaido Promotion Council in the mountainous region of eastern Nara Prefecture (11 municipalities), where more than 200 manufacturing workshops are located. In addition, in Imai-cho, Kashihara City, which is an important traditional building preservation district, we will participate in activities to revitalize the community while preserving the important townscape.

NPOの活動に参加し、NPOの社会的使命や営利組織との違い等について理解するとともに、実践活動を通し実務能力を身につける。ものづくり工房が200以上も立地する奈良県東部中山間地域（11市町村の範囲）の工房街道推進協議会の拠点施設において、来訪者へのサービス、ものづくり体験等の支援に参加する。また、重要伝統的建造物群保存地区である橿原市今井町において、重要な町並みを保存しつつ地域を活性化していくための活動に参加する。

NPO実習２

Participate in NPO activities to deepen understanding. Hokkeiji-cho, Nara City, is adjacent to the Heijo-kyo Capital site and has historical and cultural resources such as Hokkeiji Temple and Kairyuoji Temple, but few visitors come to the area because it is far from Nara Park. In addition, we will participate in the activities of a group that practices natural farming in the satoyama adjacent to the satoyama while preserving the nature of the satoyama. In addition, we will participate in activities in the Tosamachi district of Takatori Town, which holds the "Machiya no Hina-meguri," a community-wide event every March, and has attracted as many as 50,000 visitors.

NPOの活動に参加し、理解の深化を図る。奈良市法華寺町は、平城京址に隣接し、法華寺、海龍王寺などの歴史文化資源をもちながら、奈良公園から遠いために来訪者が少ない地区であり、ここでの来訪者拡大活動に参加する。また、里山の自然を保全しつつ、里山に隣接する里地での自然農法を実践している団体の活動に参加する。さらに、毎年3月、地域を挙げてもてなす「町家のひなめぐり」を行い、5万人もの来訪者を得るに至った高取町土佐街地区の活動に参加する。

Practical NPO Studies

NPO実務論

First, participants will learn in general terms about the requirements for establishing a specified nonprofit corporation, application documents for establishment, certification procedures by the competent authorities, and procedures for establishing a corporation. Next, students will learn about the background of the enactment of the Law for the Promotion of Specified Nonprofit Activities (NPO Law), its features and outline, its impact on the spread of private nonprofit activities and regional development, the current status of NPOs in Japan, and each of these topics, including simulating an actual application. In addition, students will learn about case studies of NPO activities, problems and issues faced by activity sites from those who are engaged in NPO activities.

まず、特定非営利活動法人の設立要件、設立申請書類、所轄庁による認証手続きと法人設立の手順などについて、総論的に学ぶ。次に、特定非営利活動促進法（NPO法）成立の背景とその特長・概要、民間非営利活動の普及・地域発展に及ぼす影響、現在の日本国内のNPOの状況、実際に申請をシミュレートするなどの各論を学ぶ。さらに、NPO活動の事例・活動現場が抱える問題点・課題を、NPO活動を行っている人から学ぶ。
