非営利組織論

What is a volunteer, what is an NPO, what is an incorporated association, what is a foundation, and what is a public interest corporation? They are all referred to as "non-profit organizations," but what are their characteristics? Volunteers and NPOs have become well known thanks to the reconstruction assistance provided by the Great East Japan Earthquake. More recently, there have been young entrepreneurs who have come up with "social ventures," which are trying to establish themselves as businesses while tackling social problems such as disease and poverty. In this class, we will clarify historically and theoretically the roles and characteristics of the various non-profit organizations that are gaining an increasing presence in today's society, with international comparisons, and deepen our understanding of practical issues such as the establishment, management, and human resources of non-profit organizations.

ボランティアとは何か、NPOとは何か、社団法人とは何か、財団法人とは何か、公益法人とは何か。これらは皆「非営利組織」と言われますがどんな特徴があるでしょうか。ボランティアやNPOなどは、東日本大震災の復興支援などでその存在はずいぶん知られるようになりました。また最近では、ソーシャルベンチャーといって、病気や貧困などの社会問題に立ち向かいながらビジネスとしても成立させようという若い起業家が出てきました。この授業では、これら現代の社会で存在感を増してきている様々な非営利組織の役割とその特長を国際比較をまじえて、歴史的、理論的に明らかにするとともに、非営利組織の設立、運営、人材など実践的な課題についても理解を深めたいと思います。

経営学特研 II（非営利組織論）

非営利組織は、企業や政府だけでは果たし得ない社会的貢献をしているが、規模や歴史、制度設計、リーダーシップ等運営問題を経営学の視点からよく理解する必要がある。本講義では、非営利組織の経営と、ヘルスケアマネジメントの関連問題について国際的な観点を提供する。具体的には、（1）非営利組織の経営の諸問題、（2）ヘルスケアマネジメントの潮流を取り上げ、基礎的な理論の説明とともに、適宜実際の具体例を紹介する。
