NPO・NGO論B

This is an application of NPO/NGO theory. In today's rapidly globalizing world, the importance of NPO/NGO activities and civic activities is being pointed out in today's society, ranging from various issues on a global scale to solutions to familiar problems faced by countries, regions, and communities. In addition, NPOs/NGOs are collaborating with governments and businesses to solve social issues, and corporate social contribution activities and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) are also attracting attention. This is because, particularly in the context of recovery and reconstruction following the Great East Japan Earthquake, it is not only the government, municipalities, and other administrative agencies that must think about solutions to social issues and society (the way it should be), but each and every citizen is being asked to think and act. In this class, based on NPO/NGO Theory A, students will analyze case studies on the current status of NPO/NGOs, their roles, management issues, and cooperation with various organizations, and examine and plan "what we can do" through group work, discussions, and workshops based on themes. and make plans through group work, discussions, and workshops based on themes. NPO/NGO論の応用編です。グローバル化が急速に進む今日、地球的規模の諸課題から、国や地域、コミュニティが抱える身近な問題の解決に至るまで、現代社会ではNPO/NGO活動や市民活動の重要性が指摘されています。さらにはNPO/NGOと行政や企業との連携・協働による社会的課題解決の取り組みが行われたり、企業の社会貢献活動やCSR（企業の社会的責任）も注目されています。特に、東日本大震災の復旧・復興をはじめ、社会課題の解決や社会（のあり方）について政府や自治体などの行政機関だけが考えるのではなく、市民一人ひとりが考え、行動することが一層問われてきているからです。この授業では、NPO・NGO論Aを踏まえて、NPO/NGOの現状・役割・マネジメントの課題・多様な団体との連携などについて事例を分析し、「私たちができること」について、テーマをもとにグループワークやディスカッション、ワークショップを通して検討したり企画をつくったりします。また、相互の学び合いにもつなげます。
