Community and NPO Activities

地域とNPO活動

The study of NPOs (private non-profit organizations) has been developed through the Co-op Movement and other activities, and expanded through volunteer activities following the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake of January 1995. In this lecture, we will discuss the process that led to the birth of the "Law for the Promotion of Specified Nonprofit Activities" in 1998, and examine how NPOs have developed in relation to specific NPO activities and communities. Furthermore, we will theoretically and empirically examine the emergence, roles, and realities of NPOs in light of the role and problems of NPOs under the capitalist system, especially in light of trends such as "small government" and "deregulation.The study of NPOs (private non-profit organizations) has been developed through the Co-op Movement and other activities, and expanded through volunteer activities following the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake of January 1995. NPO（民間非営利組織）に関する学問は、生協運動などを通じて発展してきた流れと、95年１月の阪神・淡路大震災のボランティア活動を通じて拡がってきた流れがあります。本講義では、特に、98年に「特定非営利活動促進法」を誕生させるまでにいたった経緯を述べるとともに、具体的なNPOの活動・地域とNPOがどのような関係をもって展開されてきたかを検討します。 さらに、資本主義体制下におけるNPOの役割と問題点、特に「小さな政府」、「規制緩和」などの動向を踏まえつつ、NPOの登場・役割・実態を理論的・実証的に考察します。

非営利組織論

Students will learn the basic knowledge required for future entrepreneurship in the field of nursing care and welfare, and for leaders who can play an active role in the field, through hands-on experience (active learning). Students also learn the fundamentals of management, operational management, compliance, and human resource development in the nursing and welfare field. In some cases, a field trip may be required.

介護・福祉分野で将来的な起業に必要な素養や現場で活躍できるリーダーに必要な基礎的知識を体験的（アクティブラーニング）に学びます。また、介護福祉における経営・運営マネジメント、コンプライアンス、人材育成などの基礎的知識についても学びます。場合によっては見学を実施する場合があります。
