非営利組織マネジメント論

Private non-profit organizations are expected to play an increasingly important role in Japan as a third entity, neither government nor commercial enterprises, that can solve various social problems and respond effectively and flexibly to the diversified needs of citizens, as well as a system that can make the most of each individual's desire for self-realization. This lecture will focus on the role of non-profit organizations. Through lectures and case studies, this course aims to deepen students' understanding of the management of non-profit organizations in order for them to grow and develop as solutions to local and global issues.

民間非営利団体は、我が国において、行政でも営利企業でもない第三の主体として、様々な社会問題の解決や市民の多様化したニーズに効果的かつ機動的に応えるとともに、個々人の自己実現の意欲を生かすことの出来る仕組みとして、今後ますます重要な役割を果たすことが期待されている。本講義では、この非営利組織が地域および地球的規模の課題解決の担い手として、成長、発展するためのマネジメント（経営）について、講義、ケーススタディを通じて、理解を深める。
