NPO・市民活動論

The number of NPOs is rapidly expanding and their role is attracting attention. Particularly in community development activities, the revitalization of civic activities in the non-profit sector often serves as an opportunity to create new businesses. NPO activities also play a major role in cooperation and collaboration with corporate CSR activities. This course will explain how to establish and operate NPOs, from governance to fundraising, personnel and labor management, based on a wealth of case studies. Participants will acquire practical know-how and knowledge for organizing NPO civic activities that can realize community development, and enhance their ability to activate and carry out activities.

NPOの数が急拡大し、その役割が注目されている。特に地域づくり活動では、非営利分野における市民活動の活性化が、新たなビジネス創出の契機ともなることが少なくない。またNPO活動は企業ＣＳＲ活動との連携・協働においても大きな役割を果たしている。本講座ではNPOの設立・運営方法を、ガバナンスから資金調達、人事・労務管理まで、豊富なケーススタディに基づいて解説する。地域づくりを実現できるNPO市民活動の組織化のための実践的なノウハウ・知識を身につけ、活動の活性化と遂行能力を高めていく。
