非営利法人のファイナンス

Corporate finance of for-profit corporations is a well-established field of study, and there is a common standard worldwide. On the other hand, financing methods for non-profit corporations, such as NPOs, are still in their infancy and need to be systematically studied, including donations and public subsidies. In this first year of the course, the objective is for students to first gain an awareness of the issues and then systematically understand the new field of financing for nonprofit corporations. (Overview) Practitioners who manage various nonprofit corporations, such as NPOs, schools, foundations, medical corporations, and religious corporations, will be invited as guest speakers each time to discuss how they raise funds, including the unique fundraising methods of nonprofit corporations such as donations and subsidies, and what kind of methods are effective, based on their specific examples. The seminar will provide an opportunity to learn how they raise funds and what kind of methods are effective for them.

営利法人である株式会社のコーポレートァイナンスは、既に確立された学問分野であり、世界的に共通の物差しがあり ます。他方、NPO に代表される非営利法人のァイナンス（資調達）手法についてはいまだ発展途上で、寄付や公的 補助なども含めて、今後、体系立てて研究していく必要があります。開講初年度である本講義では、こうした新しい ァイナンス分野である、「非営利法人のァイナンス」について、受講生の皆さんがまず問題意識を持ち、その上で体系 立てて理解することを目的とします。(概要)NPO、学校法人、財団法人、医療法人、宗教法人などの様々な非営利法人を運営している実務家を、毎回ゲストスーカ ーとしてお招きし、それぞれの具体例に則して、寄付や補助などの非営利法人に特有な資調達手段を含めて、どの ような資調達を行なっているのか、どのような手段が有効なのかを学びます。
