Management of non-profit organizations

非営利組織の経営

Based on Drucker's "Management of Nonprofit Organizations," we will examine the management of nonprofit organizations (NPOs) such as public interest corporations, medical corporations, and educational corporations through case studies, and explore the direction NPOs should take in the future while learning management strategy theory of NPOs. The course will also focus on "community development" as a theme, and will also study cooperation between industry, academia, and government.

ドラッカーの「非営利組織の経営」をベースに、公益法人、医療法人、学校法人など非営利組織（NPO）のマネジメントを事例を通じて具体的に検証し、NPOの経営戦略理論を学びながら、これからのNPOの進むべき方向を探求する。「まちづくり」もテーマとして取りあげ、産学官の連携についても研究する。

非営利組織のマーケティング

Based on the theoretical system of marketing, the marketing of non-profit organizations (NPOs) such as public corporations, public interest corporations, medical corporations, educational corporations, and social welfare corporations will be analyzed to explore the direction NPOs should take in the future. The theme of "community development" will also be addressed, introducing the collaboration of industry-academia-government partnerships.

マーケティングの理論体系をベースに、公共法人、公益法人、医療法人、学校法人、社会福祉法人など非営利組織（NPO）のマーケティングを分析し、これからのNPOの進むべき方向を探求する。「まちづくり」もテーマとして取りあげ、産学官の連携の連携について紹介する。
