NPOマネジメント論

Non-Profit Organizations Non-Profit Orgaization (NPOs) are organizations established for the purpose of making various social contributions that are not for-profit or governmental organizations, and play an important role in meeting the diversified needs of society. In this lecture, we will define and classify NPOs, identify their organizational characteristics and management, and discuss their activities, their relationship with government agencies and corporations, and the challenges they face today.

NPO（非営利組織Non-Profit Orgaization）は、営利組織や行政組織ではない様々な社会貢献を行う目的で設立される組織であり、社会の多様化したニーズに応える重要な役割を果たしている。本講義では、NPOの定義、分類、組織の特性、マネジメントを明らかにするとともに、NPOの活動や行政機関や企業との関係、そして今日の課題について考察する。
