NPO法人マネジメント論

The lecture will provide students with a good understanding of what a non-profit organization (NPO) is, how it differs from a so-called corporation, how it should be managed, a review of its history in Japan, why it is needed now, what it does, and where its challenges lie. If the number of students enrolled in the course is not extremely large, we plan to have students give presentations.

NPO（非営利組織）とは何か、いわゆる企業とは何が違うか、そのマネジメントはどうあるべきかをよく認識し、日本におけるその歴史を振り返りつつ、今なぜそれが求められているのかを理解し、具体的にどのような活動をし、その課題はどこにあるかについて入門レベルで講義する。なお、履修者数が極端に多くなければ学生にプレゼンテーションを行なってもらう予定である。
