This class aims to deepen students' understanding of the roles and functions of the nonprofit sector, including NPOs and NGOs, and to deepen their understanding of the nonprofit sector through case studies and group work to develop business plans that address social issues in the context of their own entrepreneurial activities. We aim to provide practical lessons that require active and proactive attitudes on the part of students.
Students will learn the process of understanding social structures and issues, receiving reports from NPOs on the frontlines and the issues they face, and taking action to solve social problems in cooperation with citizens, government, businesses, and other organizations. 
In the first half of the course, participants will learn an overview of the nonprofit sector, including NPOs and NGOs, through lectures, case studies, and group work, etc. In the second half, each group will attempt to create a business plan on the assumption of starting a business.

この授業では、NPOやNGOをはじめとした非営利セクターの役割や機能を理解するとともに、事例研究やグループワーク等を通じて、社会課題に対しみなさん自身の起業を想定した事業計画作成の演習を行い、非営利セクターの理解を深めることを目標とします。学生みなさんの能動的・主体的な姿勢が必要な実践的な授業を目指します。
社会のしくみや課題を把握し、NPOの方に現場の報告や課題提起もいただいた上で、市民や行政、企業等と連携し、社会課題の解決に向けたアクションを起こして活動するためのプロセスを学びます。 
前半は、NPOやNGO等非営利セクターの概要を講義や事例研究、グループワーク等を通じて学び、後半は、グループごとに起業を想定して事業計画の作成を試みます。
