非営利組織論

Modern organizations do not exist in isolation, but are embedded in an environment of other organizations, consumers, and communities. What is the relationship between organizations and their environment? The first half of this class will deal with the relationship between organizations, such as alliances. Specifically, we will consider inter-organizational relationships using representative theories of inter-organizational relationships. The second half of this class will deal with actual inter-organizational relationships, mainly in companies. In addition, students will learn not only about the relationship between organizations and organizations, but also about the relationship between stakeholders, such as consumers and local communities, and organizations. We will consider what a corporate stakeholder is and how a stakeholder influences a company's activities. The class will be lecture-based, but group work will also be conducted.

現代の組織は単独で存在しているのではなく、他の組織や消費者、地域社会といった環境に埋め込まれています。組織と環境はどのような関係にあるのでしょうか。 本授業の前半では、提携のような組織と組織の関係について扱います。具体的には、組織間関係論の代表的な理論を用いて、組織間関係を考えていきます。本授業の後半では、企業を中心とした実際の組織間関係を扱います。また、組織と組織の関係だけでなく、消費者や地域社会といったステイクホルダーと組織の関係について学びます。企業のステイクホルダーとは何か、ステイクホルダーが企業の活動にどのような影響を与えるのかなどを考えていきます。授業は講義が中心となりますが、グループワークも行う予定です。
