非営利事業論

Participants will learn about the philosophy of non-profit business and its social significance, organizational theory, management methods, and business start-up and operation. The instructor will present topics based on his/her own practice. In addition, as part of the class, students will experience "job creation" through workshop methods and learn how to devise communication methods for non-profit businesses.

非営利事業の理念とその社会的意義、組織論、経営方法、事業の立ち上げと運営について学びます。講師自信の実践に根ざした話題提供を交えて話題提供します。また、授業の一部で演習としてワークショップの手法による「仕事おこし」について体験し、非営利事業におけるコミュニケーション手法の工夫などについても学びます。
