Activities of the private nonprofit sector, including medical and welfare facilities, NPOs, NGOs, and volunteers, play a major role as important players in public services, not only in Japan but also worldwide. In this lecture, you will learn about non-profit organizations engaged in such important activities, including how they should conduct their business, finance, and secure human resources, based on the reality of their activities, with case examples.

医療施設や福祉施設をはじめ、NPO、NGO、ボランティアなど民間の非営利部門の活動は日本だけではなく世界的に見ても、公的サービスの重要な担い手として大きな役割を果たしています。この講義では、このような重要な活動を行っている非営利組織について、活動の実態を踏まえた事業のあり方や財務や人材確保等について事例を交えながら学びます。
