By learning about successful examples of NPOs and civic activities, students will realize that NPOs play an indispensable role in converting "kokama" (trouble) into "happi" (joy) Through case studies of NPOs, students will grasp the current status and actual conditions of NPOs. The course will also deal with NPOs' methods of maintaining credibility, acquiring funds, and organizational management, as well as equal contracts.

NPOや市民活動の成功例を学ぶことによって、「こまった」を「うれしい」に変換するためにNPOが不可欠な役割を果たしていることを実感する。NPOの事例研究を通して、NPOの現状や実態を把握する。また、NPOの信頼性維持・資金獲得・組織マネジメントの手法、対等な契約などについても取り扱う。
