NPO論

This class is a course in which faculty members with experience working for NPOs and supporting social business consultants provide guidance on methods of solving social issues through business. This course is an intensive three-day course, with the first day focusing on "problem finding and problem solving," the second day on "product and service development skills," and the third day on "organizational development and volunteer management. In the morning of each day, participants will learn basic knowledge about NPOs and case studies of actual initiatives at NPOs. In the afternoon, students will work in groups in an exercise format. On the final day, students will give a presentation based on the knowledge they have learned.

この授業は、NPO勤務の経験やソーシャルビジネスコンサル支援経験を有する教員が、社会課題をビジネスで解決する手法について指導する授業科目である。本講座は、3日間で行う集中講義であり、初日は「課題発見・問題解決」を、2日目は「商品・サービス開発力」を、そして3日目は「組織開発・ボランティアマネジメント」をテーマに授業を行います。各日午前中は、NPOに関する基礎的な知識を学び、NPOでの実際の取り組みをケーススタディとして学びます。午後からは、グループごとに演習形式で取り組みます。最終日には、学んだ知識をもとに、プレゼンテーションを実施します。
