非営利経営論

The recent increase in interest in the social economy means that it has become difficult to satisfy the needs of citizens with only the traditional market economy and government services. In this lecture, students will learn the basics of the theory and practice of the nonprofit sector and nonprofit organization management based on the global discussion on the nonprofit sector and the current status of nonprofit organizations in Japan and the Tohoku region. We will also hear from practitioners about their activities in the field, bridge the gap between theory and practice, and discuss how to take charge of services needed by society in the future.

近年の社会経済への関心の高まりは、従来の市場経済と行政サービスだけでは、市民生活を満足させることが難しくなったことを意味している。本講義では、世界的に議論されている非営利セクターに関する議論をもとに、また日本および東北地方の非営利組織の現状を踏まえながら、非営利セクターのあり方と非営利組織経営の理論と実践に関する基礎を学ぶ。また、現場の活動状況について実務者から話を聞き、理論と実践のギャップを埋め、今後社会で必要とされるサービスをどのように担うかを議論する。
