HOC701 Operational Planning and Development

In this subject, students will apply the theoretical and technical knowledge attained in previous subjects to develop operational plans. Key decisions around outsourcing (including the tendering process), the implementation of a designed service model and the effective use of human and financial resources will be considered along with the impact on stakeholders and business performance.
