This new and innovative qualification recognises and incorporates a number of Community Services areas including: Community Development, Disability, Children Services, Aged Care, and Individual Support. This qualification will provide participants with the skills and knowledge to undertake middle management and leadership roles within an array of industries and community areas. The managers and leaders work independently and report to executive management, directors or boards of management.
