The graduate of the degree will have the necessary training to monitor others in compliance with the regulations on Labor Law and Social Security, develop programs that meet the standards of work safety and working conditions, as well as execute models of agreement of collective agreements of work. You will be able to analyze and design the operation of the human resources area of an institution, identify the professional profiles required and project the labor relations of the organization while taking into account the specific characteristics of the actors involved: State, companies and unions.
