History:

In general, the traditional Masters of Administration (MBA) that exists in the region focuses on the analysis of organizations from their structure and constituent parts in isolation. Frequently, they are not analyzed either evolutionary or as an integrated system. For this reason, the main idea of this postgraduate course is to offer a useful approach to understanding the horizontal connection between the functional areas (finance, marketing, logistics, operations, among others) with the strategic level, the tactical level and the operational level in order to effectively manage organizations. Our proposal is aimed at covering this problem closer to the dynamic and real functioning of organizations.
